Hey guys! Long time no see.
I have good news, everyone: last friday I graduated from the 1 year Classical Animation program at Vancouver Film School, and I finished two good looking short films in the last 5 months of the program.
The first short is a 3 minute film called "The Pacifier", about a kid and his rat.I was the director and animator, pitching the idea to the professors, creating a storyboard, moving then to layout, rough animation, clean animation and inbetweens and finally coloring and compositing using Toon Boom Harmony. It was a tough run, but I'm happy with the result.

The second short is a one minute or so film called "Jurassic Thirst", about dinosaurs and lemonade.Again, I was the director and animator, and pitched the idea to a professor, but this time the film was entirely made using flash (Ö!)... in one month. And again, I'm pretty happy with the result.

So let me know what you guys think of these two pieces of animation that took my life away the past 5 months... though I have to say, it was totally worth it.
The videos are also available in my youtube channel ([link]), just in case you guys want to peek around there and say hello...
Cheers, everyone!
José.
